Bradley E. Holuta Joins Marcus & Mack as Associate Attorney

We Are Pleased to Welcome Attorney Bradley E. Holuta to Our Legal Team

At Marcus & Mack, we are experiencing exciting growth. As such, we are pleased to announce that we have recently brought in Bradley E. Holuta as our newest associate attorney. Bradley devotes all of his time and attention to representing injured people in western and central Pennsylvania.

Bradley E. Holuta Is an Experienced Litigator & Advocate in Pennsylvania

Bradley is an Indiana County native and a graduate of Indiana Area Senior High School. He also graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Cello Performance from Cleveland State University. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree, he returned to Pennsylvania for law school and enrolled in the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

During his time in law school, Bradley was a Law Review editor and a clerk at a personal injury law firm. He also participated in a pro bono elder law clinic, where he provided legal assistance for people facing estate-related issues. Since graduating, he has practiced general litigation.

Community Service & Involvement

Bradley is now a member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Bar Associations of Indiana County, and the Bar Association of Cambria Counties. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he has taught a course on healthcare regulations for several years. He has also had the opportunity to speak and educate others in the legal and healthcare communities, such as at the Cambria-Somerset Council of Healthcare Providers, Indiana County Head Start, and the UPJ Day on Aging.

Bradley has also been a cellist for the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra for more than 14 years and is currently part of the Musicians’ Committee. He has also been a coach for the local Youth Orchestra and children who participate in the Community Strings program. He has been given Honorary Life Member status by the Pennsylvania PTA and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Indiana County Head Start, Children & Youth Services, and YMCA Endowment Committee. He is also involved at Calvary Presbyterian Church as a Ruling Elder and Chair of the Human Resources Committee.
