I have been with Marcus & Mack, P.C. since September 1991. My responsibility is to initially speak with the victims involved in automobile/motorcycle/pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, products liability and nursing home neglect cases. After obtaining the necessary information regarding our clients’ claims, I monitor their injuries and treatment status, resolve issues with insurance companies, resolve the property damage claims, obtain income loss benefits for our clients when applicable and speak with private health insurance carriers including workers’ compensation companies when they are involved in our clients’ claims. I also obtain medical documentation related to our clients’ injuries. At the conclusion of a claim, it gives me great satisfaction to once again have another friend, a client.
