Personal Injury Administrator
I have been with the firm since July of 1992 and am now working as a Personal Injury Administrator. My duties include interviewing potential new clients regarding a wide range of problems such as, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, wrongful death, product liability, dog bite and nursing home neglect. I have learned over the years that listening to my client is my number one priority. Helping each client through the seemingly endless red tape that accompanies most claims is a real pleasure. At the end of the day, I feel good when I have been able to establish a wage loss claim for a client who is running short on cash because they have been unable to return to work since their accident or I have gotten a medical bill paid by the insurance company who has been a little less than cooperative with their own insured. I especially like it when my claims settle and we have been successful in presenting all the right pieces to the puzzle in a way that truly benefits the client.
