What is Gardasil?
Gardasil is a vaccine used to prevent 4 strands of human papillomavirus (HPV). Gardasil helps to protect girls and women from acquiring these strands of HPV which can eventually lead to cervical cancer or genital warts. It is most effective for females ages 9-26.
