• I assist clients with the processing of their claims and help them with any questions or concerns that they may have.
• I obtain medical documentation related to our client’s injuries; request any medical bills incurred and provide the insurance companies with documentation regarding our client’s claim.
• I keep in contact with our clients regarding their medical treatment.
• Throughout the processing of our client’s claim, I work with the attorneys to help build the strongest case possible so that our clients are compensated for their pain and suffering.
