• I interview potential new clients.
• I help clients understand the claim process and answer any questions that they may have.
• I gather accident information, insurance information, medical records, medical bills, wage loss documentation and any other information relating to our clients’ claims.
• I monitor clients’ medical treatment and make sure the medical bills are being paid.
• I update the defendant’s insurance company with documentation regarding the claim.
• I help the attorneys build the strongest case possible in order to get our clients fair compensation for their pain and suffering.
