Denise Fleming
Paralegal/Litigation Administrator

I have worked in the legal field since 1990 joining Marcus & Mack, P.C., in July of 2003. I enjoyed working in the legal field as a Legal Secretary so much that I pursued and obtained certification as a Paralegal from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1992.

I work in the Litigation Department of Marcus & Mack, P.C., where a great deal of my job entails preparing general litigation pleadings and correspondence. One of my main responsibilities is to monitor the Statute of Limitations of each case so as to preserve our clients’ legal rights to pursue litigation and to initiate a lawsuit when necessary. I also handle requesting Court approval in settlements reached on behalf of minor children.

It is truly satisfying to work for employers who care about the well-being of their clients and their employees and to also work with such a great group of co-workers who are dedicated, hard working and who all strive to help injured persons.
