Jonathan B. Mack: I truly enjoy my work. In addition to handling the everyday problems which face my injured clients, I attempt to negotiate settlements prior to filing suit. If a claim cannot be amicably resolved, I file a lawsuit and ultimately represent my clients in arbitration hearings or jury trials.
